Cancellation Policy

As a small business, we rely on our bookings and are greatly affected when clients do not show up to their appointments, make changes to their service or cancel last minute as we have allocated sufficient time, and these positions are often unable to be filled in such short notice.

Cancel, Adjust or Reschedule FREE of charge up to 24 hours ahead of your appointment time. Any cancellations, changes to your booked service or rescheduling made after this time will result in a 50% charge of your total booked amount. This payment will be required before a new time and date will be offered.

All online bookings and New Clients will be required to secure their appointment with a 30% booking fee. The remaining amount is due the day of your appointment.

Future bookings will require pre-payment in FULL when a client has NO SHOWED or CANCELLED their appointment within the respected 24 hours, twice. We do understand that from time to time, unforeseen circumstances may affect our schedules, and we will consider these situations case by case, please just let us know.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are new to the clinic and have not filled out your client card prior, please arrive 5 minutes earlier to do so.

If you are late, we will do our very best to complete your services within the remaining time however please be aware that the full fee will still apply. Where possible an extension may be added to your appointment however this is NOT GAURENTEED. We take bookings back-to-back and enforce this policy to ensure disruptions are not made to other clients.

Sickness Policy

We care strongly about keeping everyone who visits our salon safe and healthy and therefore ask you to be considerate and reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or are experiencing any flu like symptoms, no matter how mild. We understand sickness can become prominent quickly and ask that you notify us with as much notice as possible and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment as soon as you are better.

If you show for an appointment and we believe your condition may be a health hazard to other customers, we reserve the right to refuse the service.
